Multi-session packages and gift certificates available upon request
*Number of recommended follow-up sessions vary by client
Insurance Services may be covered in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. No claims will be submitted on behalf of the client. All claim submissions are the responsibility of the client with his or her individual health plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- Do my mental health insurance benefits cover out-of-network practitioners?
- Do my mental health insurance benefits cover hypnotherapy?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced Fee Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy Please be courteous and provide notification at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. If notification is not provided at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged, in full, for your session.
